Her, and a couple of the guys look like they might
have some mental handicap.

My brother was injured in an accident, he has spent
much time in settings with mentally handicapped individuals.
I recognize a "look" but can't describe it.

My guess is this all started in a sheltered workshop/Mental Health
group.

Parents who say they have good kids..Usually don't!
