Never had a country ham.
I guess they ship them all over hell though.......might have to try one someday.
There is a fancy place over west that makes hams. Helena Valley Ham. Damn thing costs more than a radiator for your feed pickup.
Tried one and couldn't see where the extra money went.
Just get a can of spam.
Soak it in some of that liquid smoke flavoring for a day
Get a grinder of that sea salt ( going fancy here)
Cover the entire thing with it.
Let it dry for a day.
Scrape salt crust off.
Enjoy..........
Slight Ham taste with dominant salt flavor and a hint of smoke.
