The one I'm thinking about isn't a barrel band and not badly priced. I'll probably buy it and hunt it. But there is no doubt it's going to get dented and scratched. I have two days to decide if I want it so thought I'd ask. I actually don't care if it's a H or not but I thought that would be the lowest cost ( maybe only??) option to get one with a 20" barrel without cutting one.

You could have it for what I have in it so it gets used. Back story: It was listed as a 30-30 with pics that did not show the crack. showed up and it's a 303 with tang crack repair. Cut a deal after it arrived and kept it
