For whatever reason I like .303s but somehow I ended up with 3 99s in .303 and they all have 26" barrels. I'm also a big fan of .30-30s for the same unknown reasons. At least I like to shoot them, I haven't hunted with a .30-30 in a long time.

Looking through Mr. Royal's book, I see carbines ( I didn't realize this was the actual name for a model, although apparently briefly), Es, Fs, Gs and Hs all had 20" barrels when chambered for .303S. I'm still not able to identify all the models correctly on sight.
