I bedded my Adirondack 308 using Acraglass gel, shortened the front base screw and fit the mag box (it was binding) before I ever shot it. Bedding won’t hurt it so why not. It’s pretty easy. I don’t measure groups but it’s a one ragged hole shooter at 100 yards. Leupold FX3 6x42 in Talley lows is about perfection for me.
