Justin calf skin for me. I have two pair of lace-up ropers and one pair of pull-on (boots), mine are all leather lined inside,
I am seeing a lot of new low-cost boots (Ariats, etc) that are being made in China and that seem to be a sort of "bucket" boot, it appears that they are all one width and if you need a narrow width you add insoles until there is semblance of fit. Boots are like most other things - good quality costs.
