"One nation, INDIVISIBLE"
You know that was a post-Civil War creation, right? Went directly against the founding concept of our nation's formation and the Declaration of Independence.
The phrase is "one nation, UNDER GOD, indivisible." (emphasis mine.)
They kicked out the "God" part so why not kick out the "indivisible" part?
I never understood how "Congress shall make no law respecting the establishment of religion" could have anything to do with whether a school should allow prayer. A school is not Congress.
