I certainly lucked out with mine. I was working seasonally and trapping coyotes, cats and beaver professionally during the winter when we met. She accepted that and said she like hunting and shooting and even offered to help me skin coyotes. I knew it would never any better than this and in a monumental lapse of judgement, she agreed to marry me. She has always appreciated my hunting and has joined me on many deer, elk, moose and caribou hunts. For health reasons she doesn't hunt much any more. A few days a year if she gets drawn for a cow moose tag or a caribou tag. She still likes to have me keep the freezer full of moose and caribou.


Chronographs, bore scopes and pattern boards have broke a lot of hearts.
