I mean I'm just a regular guy, but I am religious about getting my annual flight physical (classIII) plus bloodwork three times per year, Cancer can be detected by just bloodwork in many case (CA-125). Anyway, I dearly hope he can beat this, but Stage Four (and doctors correct me if I'm wrong) means it has spread to other places in the body.
