Have you ever lived in NY? It’s terrible because of the destruction wrought by the state government. They have destroyed the housing market with 6% property taxes. Destroyed industry through insane taxes and regulations. My bosses wife was forced to close her construction business because of a state law that made her liable for the actions of her subcontractors even if they had insurance. She could lose everything if a subcontractor was drunk and killed someone.
