Up at 5 today. Up at 4 on workdays, so I slept in an hour. Today, we be burnin' the slash piles around the place. Tomorrow, on the other hand, I have a pork shoulder I'm going to smoke! Like Sam, plenty of beer in the fridge for after the real work and during cooking duties!
