I have never "wildcatted" a cartridge before, which is essentially what I wish to do with the 45-70 case. It needs to be shortened to 1.8" for this project. Looking for a reasonable and correct way to accomplish this. Thanks. No such thing as Ex-Marine, same goes for Postal.......
