They are doing this as much as they can because they are scared for the Democrat Party, and know that Trump may really cut into their Black voting block that they always take for granted every election. Some polls have as much as 30% of Blacks considering voting for Trump this year. Nothing scares Liberals more than people thinking for themselves.
