No idea on the scope mount, any number of makers were producing these around that time to include Echo, Jaeger, and G&H later. The scope appears to be a Hensoldt 6x. Worth? In today's market, not near what you'd probably hope for. To the right person, the scope & mount might be worth more separated than as a package with the rifle.
