We always have some food storage on hand. We have been staying home and we are trying to be strategic about meal planning.

By that I mean we are planning meals that use what's in the fridge first, freezers second, and trying to save the canned goods and dry goods for last. We're doing it that way for the obvious reasons and also so that when we do get a chance or take a chance to go shopping we will have room in the fridge and freezer to stock up a bit again.

I've got several buckets of beans, rice, grains, and pasta for longer term that I hope we don't have to get into. This may be a good chance to use up a lot of canned goods we have that are just out of date. We are using a little of that already too.
