For the time periods reported, less Americans are dying than last year overall.
Flu cases jumped ~900 off of the average as Covid cases jumped up to ~700.
The reporting guidelines do not require a positive test. If you look at the WHO guidance, Covid should be listed not as the main cause but as contributing in any case where suspected. Where are the numbers from our daily shock headlines coming from?
