Basically we have a MINIMAL manufactiring capability within The USA of certain vital basic Military and Civilian materials
The plants would be registered as first choise US DEOT IDEFENSE DEPT suppliers.
Ni more foreign made Uniforms, Food, Optics ,Arms Ammo .

Comlanies like Leupold and Nightirce will be directed to form a US Ioricak glass consorteum to make ALL OPTICAL GLASS used in US DEFENSE PRODUCTS in the USA. Or if Ziess or Schott wants to build a US plant to supply them glass, then fine.
No 100 % content - no lucrative military contacts
And before someone tells me that is "impossible" , well if Weaver could make perfectly useable 100% US made scopes in ELPaso, Texas using 1970s technology than I think the arrogant cake eaters at Leupold could do so in Beaverton Oregon in 2020.
