New ones can be readily had for $750 on GB, so use that as a reference depending on how much you value the “additions.” 10at6’s comment about the trigger is spot on, and I can tell you the brake isn’t necessary on that chambering/platform.
Great gun, but if you can spare a few more bucks, look for a used Montana in the $900-$1000 range. They do come up occasionally.
