There will most likely be a resurgence of the Corona Virus (and Covid-19) by September.
As self-isolation guidelines are eased and people come out and mingle (at work, social gatherings, etc.), the virus will spread to other wise healthy people. Until a vaccine is developed and widely-available, everyone is at risk. Certainly, we need to re-open the economy, but precautions (social distancing, hand washing) must be taken.
A recovering economy in the midst of a dying population doesn't seem like a good trade-off, except, possibly in Texas. Texas Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick said "“What I said when I was with you that night is there are more important things than living. And that’s saving this country for my children and my grandchildren and saving this country for all of us,”
I wonder if his family contracts the virus and suffers, he'll still feel the same way?

Thats strange, I just saw him speak in Trumps task force briefing and he said we will handle it much better IF it returns this fall and was speaking earlier it would be a problem to differentiate in the fall because that's flu season and he wants people taking the next flu vaccine to help keep it out of the way.
