Thank you, Lynn, but some braciole in the pot would have made it authentic.
I actually use pork ribs or porks chops bone-in, somehow the sweetness of the marrow in the bone just kisses it with an earthiness.
But truly it looks amazing, even prompted me to make a batch today, it will make the girls smile and smiles make the day a little bit easier.
