I have never used a ballistic tip in my life - but from what I read on the net, the 95 grain .243 version was made to be one heck of a killing bullet.
Yes - very good bullet. I’ve done some “tests” while culling does - shooting them at all angles, in the shoulder, behind the shoulder, etc. All net the same result - quarter-sized exits and dead deer in 0-40 yards. They work great on hogs, too.
