This doesnt matter.
Biden has 1509, of the 1991 delegates needed.
There are some outstanding primaries, but it's
very possible he still won't get them.
It doesn't matter who leads, he needs that 1991 to cross
the threshold. Without them, the delegates will freely decide
who is the nominee. The Superdelegates (members of the legislature and
generally party hierarchy) will be the real deciders.
And it won't be Joe.
