My Layout table Is made up of 4’ x 4’ x 1/4" placed end to end. It measures 4’ x 16’ right now. It will end up 24’ when I get it set up in the new shop. It’s served me well for many years. Warping has never been an issue if you don’t put a rosebud or hammer to it.
It has 3 - 4" hbeams that runs the length of it set in 4’ from the edge.
