I can think of two cultures that cannot speak a complete sentence without saying MF at least once.

My outfit used to protect Ms. Condoleezza Rice when she was the Secretary of State and would travel to the Middle East. She is an extremely well spoken and brilliant person, who also happens to actually be a decent human being, which nobody would say about Hillary.
Painting with a broad brush really does not work all that well.
