There is no point in putting cops' lives in danger. Pull them out of the inner cities, link up with the National Guard, and establish an impenetrable perimeter with about a 5-mile radius. Just sit there for about a month. When the smoke starts to clear, slowly move toward the middle, shooting anything that moves! That's what they do when the scum behind prison walls go ape chitt!.
