You may as well burn the money you were going to pump into those communities. That what the residents do every few years anyways, so just cut out the middle man.

If I were any of the companies that lost a store in Minneapolis, I'd be done. I'd haul off what is left and leave an empty lot as a reminder to the rest of the clan this is what happens when you destroy someone else's property.
