In the first damn place, the officer did NOT use a choke hold on Floyd. In the second place, it is (as mentioned) nothing but a feel-good/look good move by the Dems so they can say "We tried to protect innocent victims of police brutality, but the Republicans are all in favor of allowing the police to kill minority people."
