Interesting looking at those circa-1959 110s and thinking about their competitors. The Model 70 hadn't yet gone post-64 as had the Remington 721 not morphed into the 700. To me, the 110 looks like it was intended to sit in the middle. Not as nice as the 70 but perhaps a cut above the 721.
