None in most of the country, nor would it ever be practical, BUT- these slick talking ass-holes sell the idea of the loss of freedom to the city people first then it spreads like a cancer from there.
City people are socialist sheeple proven by the mere fact that they willingly live in the city. They have little freedom there so are used to it and think we all should be bound like them.
