Go the Timney route. Many of those home done conversions half pull the trigger. Have at it on your own risk.

One thing I am not is a neophyte.
I do good safe work at my skill level that I am able to.
I refuse to pay for work that others pay for that is substandard IMO.
Seen it too many times nationwide.
And fixed what others have paid for too many times.
And I stayed at a motel 6 years ago.
