I know you arent real familiar about how things are done in America, but in countries not ruled by tyranny, there are typically trials where people with a known antipathy to the accused are not allowed to participate as jurists. We call that a tainted jury if the deck is tilted.
Its also unheard of to send a swarm of jack booted thugs to arrest someone in the middle of night for a procrss crime who has no record of being dangerous. It is not normal to point guns at folks like that or strip search the subjects wife.
In America, when tyranny starts rearimg its ugly head we typically try to cut it off. Sorry to hear you dont appreciate or enjoy the American dream.
