How is it that the highest position in our government, the, President can only serve 8 years total, but supreme court justices are lifetime appointees. I believe any politician from city council to supreme court justice only be allowed 8 years total. I think this would solve a lot of problems.
Supposed to make them impartial and non-politicized.
It obviously doesn't work when activists are appointed to the bench.
