We have a big produce auction here too. Mennonite also. Mostly have to buy in big bulk. Normally 4'x4'x4' crate on a pallet. Mostly wholesalers buying now. Seems like the producer gets a smaller profit by selling like that. If you don't get your produce there early in the season, price drops quick as competition grows.
