I don't understand why someone would wait 35 years for a tag the is almost non-existent, like a Maine moose tag or a Pennsylvania elk tag. To each their own I guess, and good luck to all. I personally will just pay the money for a hunt where I can get a tag, like Newfoundland, British Columbia, or even Alaska. In 35 years, I could pay for a couple of those hunts, vs trying to win the lotto once lol. Especially when states keep some of the moneys for applications, even if you don't draw.
