Yes, the 303, in one form or another, keeps me busy, despite the world's attempts to kill it off. The 308 was a knockoff of the 303. They had to raise the pressure and have some militaries use it, but it was still a failure. Mind you, it's difficult for the 308 to compete with 130 years of the 303's success.
I rebarreled a No 4 for the 30-303 book, and have ordered a 30-303 barrel from MGM to try with my Encore. The 303 lives on. The 308 will probably fade from use.
Next week, I will post an update about the 24 Hr Campfryer book. We have a civic holiday here on Monday, so I have to wait a few days.
