It will be interesting to watch how the exodus from Seattle and Portland progresses. Seattle is already losing population. The real rush to leave will occur when the housing market starts to collapse. It will start to snowball.
This is why the hell I bugged out of N Idaho. They're bringing it there in droves.
It does make for a target rich environment in Seattle, what with no police to enforce anything.
