I got a new to me Glenfield 30-30 that I'm excited to take hunting.
It was later in my hunting career that I hunted with a 30 WCF, but I found it to be a deer killing SOB. The 170 grain Remington Core Lokt HP drops them in their tracks.
Yup. At woods ranges it leaves little to be desired.
