Whenever I see a guy, on a warm, sunny summer day wearing a knit cap on his head, he looks like a moron to me. That knit cap is designed for winter wear.
This guy has proved my theory correct, he is/was a moron.
It’s part of the uniform. So they can protest against uniforms.
