Insane land prices. But I suppose if you can produce enough, it’s worth it. I’m from west central ks originally. Lots of land can be bought there for less than $1000 an acre. Saw a section sell for $580/ac couple months ago. It’s not great farm land and 30 acres floods most years. Still cheap.
