What an idiot. Blacks wear hoodies over their heads to obstruct identifying them, either to witnesses while they are victimizing them, or to security cameras, or to police who my be looking for someone matching their description. Those blacks who don't wear their hoodies over their heads for that reason are doing so in order to look like they are criminals with those concerns about being identified, because that makes them look cool to fellow blacks, who (by and large) look up to criminals as their role models.
