Curious what folks suggest as a starting point for a good choke in the above mentioned gun with a 26” bbl.
Mainly shoot 3.5” #2’s from 30-50 yards.
Don’t care to hear opinions about shooting 3.5” shells or pellet size or why I think I’m shooting 50 yards but I’m actually shooting 22 yards or anything else - just looking for some feedback on what you’ve seen for a choke that gives a good pattern out of this gun with steel shot.
Well shooting 50yds is unethical and 3.5 inch shells should be outlawed
50+ yards is sporting. All of my friends tell me I’m “skybusting.” I don’t know what that means but if I hit what I’m aiming at every 4-5 chances, it seems like a good way to go. That’s why I use the 3.5” shells, though. Extra power.
