She was not a good SC justice. She failed to understand / failed to honor the basic concept of separation of powers and consistently strove to usurp legislative powers reserved by the constitution for the Congress.
So brilliant in the law, and yet used it to undermine that very body of law. Kinda reminds you of ole Lenin's quote that the capitalists would sell him the rope he would hang them with, no?
