I really like the rifle and cartridge. I also have a M70 Classic stainless re-barrel to 416 Rem. I like this rifle also. Though have only shot it a few times. For my distances, the 416’s fit right in. And I have had very good accuracy with the 350 grain bullets. Which I consider near ideal for anything in North America. The 416 Ruger and Remington versions, I can still shoot in the sometimes out of position game shooting positions as a “normal” recoil rifle. My 458 Lott, I have a bit more respect/concern over contorted shooting positions. I hope you are able to get hands of 416, I believe you would have a lot of fun with it.
