Sounds like a good plan. Instead of a handout, he’s offering a hand up.
He’s not promising them money to sit on their asses. He’s offering them a plan to start their own businesses and bring prosperity to their communities. Who could argue with that?
Blacks have been getting a "hand up" in America for a half century.
It doesn't work.
The hand up called affirmative action has placed blacks in key positions with civil service, military, post office, and any other jobs that hire minorities, women, blacks first..regardless of qualification.
These minorities are doing the hiring now. Chickens have come home to roost.
