I was under the impression that the .270 110 accubond was designed for the 6.8 Remington SPC that has a max velocity of around 2600 fps? I could be wrong on that but it might be worth looking into

Good bullets properly placed always work, but not everyone knows what good bullets are, or can reliably place them in the field
