Yep I am loading that bullet in one of my Ruger Hawkeye Roberts with 46gn H4350. I ended up backing off a grain of powder, compared to other 100gn bullets, but still get about the same velocity. Usually I load 47gn H4350 with 100gn Hornadys, Ballistic Tips or Partitions for around 3100 - 3150 fps but 46gn H4350 gives me a bit over 3100 fps with the 100gn Scirocco, so they must generate a bit more pressure. 47gn H4350 gave me close to 3200 fps and a bit sticky extraction.

It's a ripper of a little bullet in the Roberts. I shot a mature fallow buck at 20 metres with one. The bullet went through one shoulder and came to rest under the skin on the far side. It went through one shoulder bone. The bullet was perfectly expanded and weighed right on 79gn (79%) with the jacket and core intact. I reckon at that close range the performance was fantastic and the buck dropped on the spot. With other game (fallow does, billy goats and medium pigs around 60kg) the Sciroccos have always exited with a nice sized hole.

They don't shoot that great in the Ruger I'm loading them in (about 1 to 1 1/4 inches at 100m) but that's good enough for the game I listed above. I think I read somewhere that they like to be seated a bit further off the lands, maybe due to their thick jacket, like a solid copper bullet. Mine are seated 30 thou off but I don't want to seat them any deeper as that rifle has quite a short leade and the bullet looks a bit dumpy. My other Ruger Roberts has had the throat lengthened a bit so I plan to shoot the Scirroccos in that rifle where I can seat them out a bit further and then still have plenty of room to adjust seating depth to 40 or 50 thou and not look stumpy. That was my plan about four years ago but I still haven't got round to it yet.
