40gr NBT has worked for me in my 22-204. I did a lot of testing with the 6mm LF's but you didn't ask about those. I just loaded some bismuth "B" shotshells and the 40gr NBT LF in my 5.6x50R Magnum for a combo duck and coyote float trip.
