Okay, I don't shoot it or reload for it, never have. I'm helping an old timer from the ranges I go to with selling/buying/moving his pretty extensive collection. He literally has mountains of brass, literally! In some of it that I've been going through, I came across 12 pcs of R-P and 4 pcs of Hornady still in his tumbler. As I sifted them out I noticed they're definitely once fired, no marks from a sizing die whatsoever (he's a brass whore to the inth degree!). Second thing I noticed is that the Hornady is noticeably shorter than the R-P. Is this normal for this cartridge? Hornady on the left, R-P on the right.

It isn't what happens to you that defines you, it's what you DO about what happens to you that defines you!
