You need a T3 in 7mm-08. I get 3126 FPS and half-MOA with 120 BT using Big Game.

No offense, but I wouldn't trade my 700 for a T3 if the T3 was gold plated. I had a 7-08 once, killed a few deer with, not a bad cartridge, but I've found that the 6.5 CM will kill deer just as dead, with less recoil, and is more accurate to boot.
