With about 30 deer rifles in various chamberings (with many duplicates across cartridge lines and calibers), I find myself on a six year rotation, so that they all get to come out and play. Trips to the range for all, and each gets carried at least once during our limited two week season. some have yet to be blooded, and some have multiple kills, but they all see the light of day and smell the woods and fields in turn. Nothing loony here.
